Emma Watson, star of the Harry Potter films, has bought a £3 million townhouse in North London. Showing that she’s not just a  pretty face, the Potter starlet has made the smart move to invest in property during the current slump as well as enrolling at an American University. She’ll be studying abroad from September but her new London house is close to her Dad and her banker boyfriend, Jay Barrymore, has apparently moved in to keep her company over the summer. Ah.
